Managers are making us more stressed in recession, say staff

Inadequate managers are making matters worse for employees who are stressed because of the recession, according to a survey by Investors in People.

In a survey of 2,261 UK workers, 43 per cent said a lack of confidence in the managers was aggravating their worries in the recession.
