RCN sets up confidential service in response to victimisation concerns

Healthcare employers could be on the receiving end of an increasing number of employee reports of care and safety concerns because of a confidential whistleblowing hotline set up by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).
The hotline was introduced in response to nurses’ concerns about employer reprisals for blowing the whistle on poor care conditions.
