Reward in banks is flawed, says report
“Serious flaws and shortcomings in remuneration practices” played a key role in the banking crisis, according to a new report by MPs.The role of remuneration was “downplayed” in an earlier review by Lord Turner, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) chairman, says the report by the Treasury Select Committee.
