Skanska reforms HR to lay foundations for growth

An HR transformation programme at Skanska will enable the construction firm to “deal with future business growth once the economy starts to pick up again”, according to its UK HR chief.

Harvey Francis, executive vice-president for HR, told PM that the centralisation of HR functions and harmonisation of policies for all operating units was building “capability we hope will serve us going forward”.
