If your HR team is spending too much time answering mundane employee questions, keying in data and managing basic administration around training or performance reviews, chances are you haven’t built an effective HR intranet. Now is a good time to put that right. While IT funds may be in short supply today, HR intranets and self-service are all about cutting costs, opening up information to managers and employees, improving communications and providing a better service. Somewhere in that mix is a convincing business case for investment.
