Glimmer of hope offered to UK but too early for ‘green shoots’

The number of US companies making job cuts is falling and the UK is predicted to follow suit, according to the CIPD and its American counterpart, the Society for HR Management (SHRM).
The latest employment figures from SHRM show the proportion of American employers making cuts to their workforce has fallen by more than half in the past three months.
