Where we are now

The CIPD’s HR profession map was officially launched in April and supported with online information. The new web area for it was unveiled earlier this month, giving more in-depth information. As well as an overview of how the map was developed and a look at its role in helping to build the capability of the HR function, the updated site digs down into the detail of the map’s component parts.
