Award-winning research

The winner of the Professor Ian Beardwell Prize for best research paper, presented during this year’s conference, was won by David Marsden and Simone Moriconi of the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics. Their paper looked at the contribution of employee well-being and sickness absence policies to improved business performance, a theme high on the agenda for people management and development professionals and their organisations.
