BA staff show Blitz spirit

The aviation industry is facing the toughest trading environment in its history. More than 40 airlines have gone out of business in the past year. Sadly, the former employees of these airlines will have struggled to find jobs in a sector looking to cut costs where possible.Rather than impose compulsory measures – as others have done – BA has created a range of voluntary pay cut options to mitigate the effects of the huge economic challenge. We felt it was right to enable colleagues across the organisation to help secure its future and, by doing so, their own.
