High number of entries for PM award

There have been a record number of entries for this year’s CIPD People Management award. A total of 247 employers entered, exceeding the previous record by almost a hundred. The learning and development category attracted the most entrants, while the other categories were change management, employee engagement, excellence through technology, talent management and total reward.
