Talent management

The study set out to discover whether the advances in talent thinking during the past 20 years have become embedded in the boardroom. Methodology Twenty companies were studied. Some were picked from “best place to work”-type lists, others were chosen because they were known for their exceptional talent management practices. The mainly face-to-face interviews with talent managers lasted about 40 minutes.
