Term-time working still rare, despite recession-beating potential
More employers should consider offering term-time working as a flexible option for staff, experts have said.
Flexible and part-time work has gained some popularity with employers as they look to save money during the recession, but relatively few offer term-time working, despite it being one of the most useful flexible options for parents.
