Expert opinion

As a chartered builder and former City & Guilds examiner, I feel qualified to comment on training. Last year, my wife and I required a new gas cooker to be installed. The “expert” arrived and it became obvious he hadn’t a clue, and he excused himself. Days later another “gas fitter” turned up. He appeared to be equally clueless.
