HR and finance

Closer cooperation between HR and finance departments in areas such as bonus schemes and training has been found to improve organisational performance.

Methodology: The research involved six case studies and 100 telephone interviews with managers in the UK, Canada and Japan. The telephone interviews were used to test key findings identified during the case-study research.
