Staff make a healthy NHS

Healthy, happy staff deliver a higher quality service. It’s that simple. In fact, over 80 per cent of the NHS staff we surveyed believe their health and well-being affect the quality of patient care they provide. And when employers look after their staff, they will find recruiting and retaining a skilled and capable workforce far easier.
