Flexible skills more important than qualifications, say employers

Employers rate “transferable and flexible skills” as more important than traditional qualifications, new figures have shown.In an online poll by the CIPD, almost half of the 100 HR professionals who responded agreed that this was the key attribute applicants should be demonstrating in the current jobs market.
