Graduate time bomb

I am concerned that major UK employers have cut or scrapped their graduate recruitment schemes, with more tipped to follow suit (“BT to close graduate recruitment scheme”, 24 August). This leaves young people struggling to start their careers and creates a time bomb for employers.Graduate trainees are the future managers and leaders, brought in fresh and eager to learn.
