Many organisations benefit from having graduates in their workforce, yet not all can afford to recruit university leavers into permanent positions at present. But there are other ways of drawing in bright young people. Graduate internships, paid or unpaid, allow employers to use new graduates on specific, time-limited projects, while giving the graduate a chance to kick-start their career.
