Making the business case for coaching
Before you start to consider how you will assess the value coaching can bring to your organisation, you need to set the scene. Difficulty in handling change, not working as a team and poor interpersonal relationships typically require coaching as an intervention. In turbulent times people will be struggling to manage change, so it could well be argued that coaching has never been as important as it is now.
