New ruling on pension loss compensation case

The Court of Appeal has overturned a decision in which a woman who was unfairly dismissed gained extra compensation for the loss of her defined benefit pension. In Roberts v Aegon UK Corporate Services , the compensation for loss of earnings was limited because Roberts found higher-paid work soon after.
