Graduate all-rounders

It’s promising to hear graduate recruitment is on the rise again (News, 10 September), but with a backlog of alumni looking for employment, the jobs on offer fall short of the volume required. So, with the pendulum swinging in favour of the employer, graduates need to prove they are ready to enter the world of work.
