UK job satisfaction has plunged, says CIPD report
Job satisfaction and living standards have fallen for UK workers, CIPD figures show.
In its most recent quarterly Employee Outlook survey of 2,000 UK staff, the CIPD found job satisfaction had plunged from a score of 46 to 37. And employees were twice as likely to say their personal living standards had worsened (28 per cent) than had improved (14 per cent).
