BAE Systems partners with unions to beat recession

Working in partnership with trade unions is “strategically important” for BAE Systems, delegates were told this morning at the CIPD's annual conference in Manchester.

Dave Ryan, HR director, employee relations, at the defence company, said his organisation “will be better placed to face the challenges of a global recession by continuing to work in partnership with trade unions”.
