Next Generation HR, the CIPD’s new flagship research project, is being unveiled at this week’s annual conference and exhibition in Manchester. Based on feedback from a variety of sources, including more than 80 one-on-one interviews across 14 separate organisations, the research aims to prompt the profession to start thinking about what it needs to look like in future.
