Fairy-tale conflict resolution

Conflicts arise from social interactions in the workplace, not always openly but more often in insidious ways where people are marginalised and silenced. Fairy tales may be one method of revealing tensions in a non-confrontational way, so that they become visible and therefore challengeable.
