Fathers in focus
The government’s plans to get firms to offer more part-time jobs for parents are encouraging. This will not only help stay-at-home mothers get back to work but can also help working fathers spend more time with their families by gaining part-time employment. And it will also help parents gain the flexibility they need to create a better work-life balance.
