Gender balance drives success at Cisco
A board-level decision to make IT firm Cisco a more “gender balanced” company has already produced innovation and new business, PM has learnt.Nikki Walker, director of inclusion and diversity for European markets at Cisco, told PM that this had been possible because diversity was viewed as crucial to the business rather than “just a HR programme”.
