Home Office tackles workplace prejudice against bisexuality
Staff at the Home Office are attending diversity training courses to tackle prejudice against bisexual people in the workplace, PM has learnt.Ravi Chand, head of equality and diversity at the Home Office, said bisexual staff often felt excluded from support groups set up for gay and lesbian staff because of misconceptions about bisexuality. Bisexual men could feel particularly stigmatised, by both heterosexual and homosexual colleagues.
