Punch Taverns shareholders vote against big rewards for top staff

Shareholders at pub company Punch Taverns have voted against large rewards for senior staff while the company’s performance is poor.

The organisation, which has 7,600 pubs, lost £400 million last year and has debts of £3.5 billion.
