Report finds that Baby Peter hospital was understaffed

A doctor who reported concerns about understaffing at the NHS hospital where Baby Peter was treated has been vindicated by an independent report.

Dr Kim Holt’s concerns were found to be “genuine” but, in support of the hospital’s management, the report said they had been “taken seriously”.
