Allen and Overy allows top partners to work part time

One of the largest law firms in the City is to allow its top partners to work part time as it strives to attract more women into senior roles. Allen and Overy already supports flexible working for junior lawyers and support staff, but until now equity partners, the most senior lawyers, have been required to work full time. But from May the firm will give them options such as working four days a week or taking additional leave of up to 52 days a year, the Times has reported.
