BT's Caroline Waters awarded OBE in New Year's Honours List

HR professionals from a range of sectors have been recognised for their distinguished work in the 2010 New Year's Honours List.The most high profile recipient was Caroline Waters, director of people and policy at BT, who was given an OBE for services to diversity and equal opportunities.
