Haiti disaster puts Oxfam to the test

Oxfam is rising to significant HR challenges resulting from the Haiti earthquake, which has claimed the lives of its own staff and created the largest humanitarian response in recent times.

The charity – which had 70 workers in the country – lost two members of staff in the 12 January disaster, with many more injured or bereaved.
