Norton Rose to end flexible working scheme early

City law firm Norton Rose is ending its "job-saving" flexible working scheme earlier than planned, as it says that business conditions have improved. In May last year hundreds of staff at the firm agreed to work a four-day week or reduced hours for a year as the business struggled in the recession. But company prospects have improved earlier than expected so the firm decided to end the scheme before May.
