Labour Relations Commission offers to intervene in row over pay cuts

Public service unions in Ireland have begun work-to-rule industrial action over pay cuts imposed by the government in last December’s budget.
Most unions began the action on Monday (25 January) and it will affect all sectors including health, education and central government departments.
