Different types of engagement pose challenge for managers, finds CIPD research

Public-sector employees are more "socially and intellectually engaged" than their private-sector equivalents, according to new research released by the CIPD.However, they are less "emotionally engaged" and experience the benefits of engagement less frequently, the research found.
