Response to snow should be common sense, says CIPD

The severe weather conditions affecting much of Britain need not mean major problems for employers if they apply common sense, the CIPD has warned.Travel disruption and school closures caused by heavy snowfalls have meant that millions of employees have again had their working week disrupted.
