‘Shaping the Future’ research shows secret of sustainability

The CIPD has published the first-year findings of its flagship research programme, Shaping the Future, which aims to offers practical insights into achieving sustainable, long-term business prosperity.The report follows six case study organisations - Standard Chartered, Big Lottery Fund, Birmingham City Council, Pfizer (Grange Castle), Xerox and NHS Dumfries and Galloway, in their efforts to undertake change programmes. The results are intended to stimulate debate among the 5,500 practitioners signed up to the institute’s Shaping the Future network.
