What are the top employment law issues to look out for in 2010?
Last year was eventful for employers: they had to get to grips with the ever-changing case law governing holidays and sickness absence; the extension of the right to apply for flexible working to all parents of children under age 16; and the new points-based system for immigration. It looks like 2010 will be no less eventful.
