Age of litigation

While I agree with the general tenor of your article “Employers warned over serial ageism litigants”,there is another view to consider. Some people get so many refusals to applications for jobs for which they are well qualified that they express frustration by filing legal claims. I know one person who has registered such claims, with some justification. As a mature student, he took his Law Society exams to become a solicitor. He did well but found it impossible to obtain a training contract. In desperation, he filed claims against several of the law firms who rejected him out of hand.
