Average directors’ pay shrinks at FTSE-100 companies

A two-tier market in executive pay is emerging, with average rewards in boardrooms declining while high-achieving firms continuing to pay more, according to research.

The variation was revealed by the Reward Technology Forum (RTF) a consultancy that collects and analyses reward data from FTSE-listed companies.
