HR professionals can pre-empt costly discrimination claims by establishing early that they are the victim of a serial litigator, experts have warned.Earlier this week it emerged that serial litigants are targeting employers who have unknowingly used age-discriminatory language in their job adverts –for example, those that request "recent graduates" or "school leavers".
