Compulsory redundancies frozen as gesture of goodwill

Further strike action at Fujitsu has been postponed this week as unions and management negotiate job and pension cuts at Acas-brokered talks.The electronics firm suspended 42 redundancies due to take place last Friday, in what it has described as a “gesture of goodwill”.
