But starting salaries remain static, finds AGR survey

The graduate market did not deteriorate as much as expected in 2009 and there are tentative signs of recovery, according to the latest figures from the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR).
Last year’s vacancies fell by 9 per cent, rather than the 25 per cent that was originally forecast, indicating that a recovery in graduate recruitment could be on its way as the country leaves recession.
