Mondial Assistance, part of the Allianz Group, specialises in travel insurance and assistance services. We moved to Croydon in November 1999 and now have around 750 employees. Shortly after our move we also launched a CSR programme, and in 2008 we decided to relaunch the programme as “Mondiality” to give it fresh impetus and a greater internal profile.Running a successful CSR programme was already seen as extremely valuable, both internally and in the wider community, as it enabled recognition of the company as a positive contributor to the world around us. The concept of Mondiality, therefore, was about taking responsibility and encapsulating our ethos of “giving something back”.
