One in five young people to be apprentices by 2020, government says

Morrisons has announced that 5,500 staff members have signed up for government-backed apprenticeship schemes with the supermarket chain.
Marking the start of National Apprenticeship Week, retailer B&Q also pledged to double apprentice numbers to 300 from September, while Crossrail has committed to taking on 400 apprentices through its contractors in the next year.
