Public sector should use ‘total reward’ to keep talent
The public sector should be communicating the value of total reward better to its employees in order to retain top talent, the CIPD’s reward conference heard yesterday.
Otherwise, public services risk losing talented staff to the private sector as it emerges from the recession and begins to increase salaries, delegates were warned.
