Re-engage staff now

Research published by the CIPD suggests that, although the economy is showing signs of recovery, job satisfaction has been hit by recession.

This is a vital issue for business: how can any organisation prepare for the upswing if they don’t have engaged, enthusiastic people who are willing to drive the company forward?
