Scottish firms face ‘unworkable funding maze’ on training

Scottish employers are missing out on government training grants because of the “unworkable funding maze” of development agencies, according to a leading HR and training professional.Howard Teale, general manager and HR director of Indicia Training, told PM that employers from small- and medium-sized businesses didn’t know if they were entitled to money or how to get it because of a lack of information from the Scottish government.
