Acquisition makes NorthgateArinso biggest HR outsourcer

NorthgateArinso has become the world’s biggest HR outsourcer after acquiring the HR management division of US provider Convergys.The deal, worth $85 million (£56.2 million) in cash and another $15 million (£9.9 million) over three years, will give NorthgateArinso access to Convergys’ substantial global HR service delivery network and customer portfolio, and strengthen its position across the Atlantic.
